Warping, sealed cracks, and distressed surfaces are part of my organic design. These bowls can last generations and make a wonderful gift to a special friend or family member.

With a minimum of 12-14 hours spent cutting blanks from logs, turning and finishing each handmade bowl, I have done my best to keep pricing fair and reasonable. Bowl turning is a labor of love.

My apologies. I have taken several months off to focus on gardening and music. I will begin making more bowls in early 2016.

How to care for your new handmade bowl: Exposure to direct sunlight or soaking the bowl will harm the finish. Prolonged outdoor exposure should be avoided. Wipe bowls clean or quickly rinse, then towel dry the bowl completely. Avoid soaking your bowl and NEVER put your bowl in the dishwasher.  If your bowl begins to look dry, rub the wood with a soft cloth and walnut oil or mineral oil (available at larger supermarkets). For high gloss and painted exteriors polish the surface using a soft cloth and carnauba furniture wax.
